FYI: DIVIDEND POLICY
A lot of people have come to the realization that teens should become more exposed to finance. A really cool site that you can refer them to is "Teen Analyst". For example, the site's glossary provides a definition of "dividend policy" http://www.teenanalyst.com/glossary/d/dividendpolicy.html.
